sorry but this is totally biased article and clearly can see there is no research made ,I can see you stressing on word “any non-muslim only if he/she is religiously persecuted will be taken as granted” can you please tell me where in the original CAA copy issued from the government you can see the word “religiously persecuted” ??? it’s just an assumption from the government and this is what one of the reason it’s been in question ? how can one prove he/she is religiously persecuted even though he/she might have entered into the country for economic reason :/
